Welcome to 28 Anderson Ave, an old fashioned style holiday rental in the beautiful seaside village of Inverloch. The property is fully fenced and pets are more than welcome. The off lead dog beach is at the end of the street, as is the beautiful Anderson Inlet, best place to swim. We provide Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, as well as 'Mor' guest amenities. The house has 2 queen size beds and one double, open plan kitchen, living and dining, a large outdoor deck, a shady front verandah. The house has split system heating and cooling. The bathroom has, bath, shower, toilet, as well as a second separate wc, and shower in the laundry. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and we provide a good selection of DVDs, CDs and books.
We believe a pet friendly rental means just that,pets are welcome inside the property as well as outside, we provide dog bowls and toys. We are close to the tennis courts and the inlet beach as well as the beautiful Thompsons reserve.
Enjoy a well equipped kitchen , a bbq area for all those wonderful summer nights. The garden is mainly native, providing lovely shady areas to sit and listen to the birds. It is about a 10 minute walk into town and a short drive to the surf beach.

Inverloch beaches include Twin Reefs, Shack Bay, Eagles Nest, The Caves, Flat Rocks, Main Surf Beach, two more surf beaches, Anderson Inlet-Western Beach, Anderson Inlet-Browns Beach, Anderson Inlet-Venus Street and Anderson Inlet-The Glades. Twin Reefs, Shack Bay and Eagles Nest make up most of the Bunurong Marine National Park (excluding The Oaks in Cape Paterson). The Caves and Flat Rocks are a part of the Bunurong Marine Park, which starts at Coal Point in Harmers Haven. Inverloch is also close enough for a day trip to Venus Bay, Wilsons Prom and Phillip Island.
The town showcases local produce from the farms and towns of South Gippsland, local artists, entertainers, community groups and service clubs at a monthly market held on the third Sunday of every month. A local produce only community market follows that market on the next Sunday.
Inverloch is very popular for surf and bay fishing. Anderson Inlet and Inverloch Surf Beach are popular for fishing and a good catch is usually found. Surf fishing usually produces fish such as Silver Trevally, King George Whiting, Flathead, Mullet and Juvenile Snapper (pinky).
There are two boat ramps in Inverloch on Anderson Inlet.

Inverloch's location on the north shore of Bass Strait gives it an oceanic climate, with the moderating effect of the ocean allowing a narrower temperature range throughout the year compared to other regions in Victoria. Average daily maximum temperatures range from 23.5°C in summer to 13.5 in winter. Frost is rare, occurring on average 6 mornings a year.
On 10 August 2005 Inverloch received its first snowfall since July 1951, with snow even settling briefly on the beach.
Inverloch offers dining choices from Restaurants to Fish and Chips.
